JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Take primary responsibility to draft and review the legality of all service proposals, contracts, appendices, and advisory letters.
Deliver high- quality legal services to clients in Corporate, Securities, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Labor, and M&A fields;

Business Development Specialist / Partner
. This role combines the following responsibilities:
Business Development
Conduct market research to identify potential upgrades or additional services that align with clients&039; investment strategies and budgets;
Proactively cultivate and nurture relationships with team members and leaders to expand the client base, particularly focusing on Mid & Big Enterprises. Utilize content articles, events, and connections for effective outreach;
Cross- functional Management
Organize training sessions for Firm’s members to enhance their knowledge, technical skills, soft skills and social aptitude, enabling them to better identify client needs and improve service performance;
Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Marketing, Client Service) to maintain existing client relationships and propose effective solutions for activities getting clients;
Contract Management
Follow up and track the progress of client cases;
Take primary responsibility or coordinate with the Legal Department to review the legality of all service proposals, contracts, appendices, and advisory letters;
Client Experience Enhancement & Reporting
Review client feedback and propose necessary changes to enhance client satisfaction;
Achieve KPIs for sales revenue, the number of contracts, number of solution consulting meetings, and report periodically.
