Working Location: Block N1, No.5+6, 655 Alley, Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho, Ha Noi, Vietnam
What You&039;ll Do:
Client Acquisition & Sales Growth
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Negotiate service scope, pricing, and timelines to successfully close deals.
Identify, approach, and qualify prospective clients to provide Amazon or eCommerce management and growth services.
Present and pitch our service offerings clearly to brand representatives, highlighting value, outcomes, and ROI.
Relationship & Pipeline Management
Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handover and client onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines, proposals, and client communication records.
Actively participate in networking, industry events, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Market Knowledge & Continuous Learning
Actively share feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
Stay informed about Amazon and eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Who We&039;re Looking For:
Resilient, and able to work independently in a target- oriented environment.
Highly organized, proactive, and genuine passion for sales career.
From 1 year of work experience in sales, account management, customer service, e- commerce, or related fields is preferred
Proficiency in English (equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)

Proven confident in communicating, negotiating, and closing deals with international clients.

Working Hours & Probation:
Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on- site) (One Saturday off / month).
Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on- site).
Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
