International Business Development Manager (Fashion)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
International Business Strategy & Planning

Develop sales and market share growth plans by region/country.
Conduct market research, analyze international fashion trends, and assess competitors.

Partner Development & Relationship Management

Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and international e- commerce platforms.
Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of distribution channels and key customer relationships (Key Accounts).

International Sales Team Management

Build and develop the international sales team (recruitment, training, and capability development).
Set targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement initiatives.

Export Operations & Process Management

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth international business operations.
Oversee order fulfillment, documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.

International Brand Development

Work closely with the Marketing team to execute international branding and communication campaigns.
Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote the Routine brand.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and present periodic business performance reports to the Board of Directors.
Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administrator, Ecomonic or related major
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Can do attitude and results oriented
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- 7–10 years of international business development, experience in fashion or baby brands is a plus.
