Internal Communication (Lead)

Proactively engages with stakeholders to determine the appropriate deliverables, activities, and timing of internal communications to achieve the desired results and align with the organizations strategic vision
Demonstrates strategic thinking and leadership in navigating and cultivating relationships
Provides best practice guidance to streamline processes that increase internal communication effectiveness and engages targeted audiences
Drives knowledge transfer and collaboration within and across teams within the organization
Uses analytical tools, measure the effectiveness of communication methods and make improvement recommendations for future initiatives
Plans and develops strategies, deliverables, and content to support Key Company Initiatives and projects that drive education and awareness within the company
Leads cross- functionally, serving as a vital partner and collaborator, ensuring communications has a seat at the table, while continuously identifying storytelling opportunities
Writes messages for leadership and assist in creating presentations for internal meetings
Maintains consistent brand identity across projects, initiatives, and channels
Mentors and contributes to the professional growth of 2 Communication Executives, to generate forward thinking ideas
Ensures communications are delivered on time and with exceptional quality standards.
Ability to interact with team members and executives at all level

In addition, troubleshooting, organizational and problem solving skills with a can- do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
Demonstrate ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing is necessary.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary. Demonstrated experience building relationships across the organization is crucial.
4+ years corporate communication experience; preferably in a large multi- site organization.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Must have proven experience utilizing company operational guidelines, practices, processes and culture.
Proven ability to multi- task and work successfully within strict deadlines while motivating others is necessary.
Proven expertise developing effective employee communication utilizing multiple communication platforms is needed.
Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding company values is key.
Expert writing and proofing skills with exceptional knowledge of grammar and punctuation is required.

Educational Requirements:

This position requires Bachelor&039;s Degree Communications, English, Public Relations or Journalism preferred or equivalent work experience.
