Internal Auditor Leader

Design assess & audit program targeting Business Units based on Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC) Standards.

Identify opportunities to improve internal audit processes and stay up to date on current best practices in risk management and control assessment.
Perform risk and controls assessment of the key business processes.

Implement assess and Evaluate the audit results:

Coordinate and manage internal audit activities, including planning, executing audits, and following up on audit findings.
Assess the current operation with reference to the Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC) Standards.
Support review, and advise establishing business processes.

Other tasks:

Follow up corrective action progress after audit, collect and verify evidence from Business Units.
Report on results of key controls testing and propose recommendations to close any identified gaps.
Actively contribute to creating a culture of service excellence.

General knowledge of theories, principles, and systems design related to organizational governance, risk management, and internal controls.
Good knowledge of risk assessment, internal control, consulting, and data analysis.
Ability to understand business processes and identify significant business risks and controls.
Analytical skills, ability to research, and problem- solving.
Have experience working in contact centers is a plus.
At least 4 years of audit experience and 1 year must have been functioning as an audit lead.
Fluency English.
Experience in developing and managing the implementation of new systems and processes.
Advanced Microsoft Office.
