Intern Project Management (Full-Time)

Participate in project meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
Support the implementation of project communication plans by sharing updates with team members and relevant stakeholders as directed.
Collect, organize, and summarize basic project data to support the preparation of project status reports.
Help track project milestones, identify potential risks or delays, and report issues to the Project Manager for timely adjustments.
Support assigned IT projects to help ensure timelines, scope, and project objectives are followed under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating project documentation, including project objectives, scope, timelines, technologies, and resource plans.

Knowledge of PMP concepts or Agile/Scrum framework is a plus (certification is not required).
Open to fresh graduates or final- year students who can work full- time, majoring in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Good communication skills with a willingness to learn negotiation, persuasion, and decision- making skills in a project environment.
Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken) to support daily communication and documentation.
Responsible, enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
