Intern Human Resources

US Vietnam Talent International School (UTS) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources team.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
Learning & Development:

Assist in developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, handouts.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of learning projects, workshops, and seminars.
Support the scheduling of training sessions and manage all the related logistics.
Support the implementation of initiatives to promote life- long learning.

HR & non- HR Projects/Initiatives:

Support initiatives and events that promote UTS’ mission, vision, core values and cultural principles and leadership mindsets.
Perform administrative support within the HR and BoD Office functions.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities such as Annual Team Building, Earth Week, Mid- Autumn Festival, Christmas, etc.
Support activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce, and building organizational capability that directly impacts business strategy.

Final- year student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Able to commit full- time working schedules.
Demonstrate interest in education and passion for people development.
Good command of English (a must)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast- paced and changing environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
