Intern – Facilities Management

· Gather and input information, data, records; manage database and draft project reports
· Assist to do administration paperwork and document control
· Study on facilities management, industrial practice and highlight key concerns and summarize the findings
· Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager
· Translate and interpret documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
· Take note and memos during meeting and do the meeting minutes
· Follow up, coordinate with other teams during the assigned project’s execution and timely update to direct manager

· Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
· Proficient in spoken and written English
· Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
· Can do attitude; willing to learn
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Work and Excel)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good at data analysis
· Fresh Graduates
