Inside Sales Executive (Based in Ha Noi)

• Other tasks assigned by sales managers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow- up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers to close sales and achieve sales target.
• Answering potential customers&039; questions and sending additional information
• Upselling products and services, route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Understanding customers&039; needs and identifying sales opportunities.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience working with MS or similar CRM.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Proven inside sales experience or experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Proficient with SEO and web presentation tools.
• Ability to multi- task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Track record of over- achieving target.
• English is must and Chinese speaking is plus.
