The Role
We’re not just building products — we’re building a system to validate them efficiently.
As Product Manager, your primary responsibility is to operationalize our 6- week idea validation cycle. You’ll lead structured experiments (surveys, interviews, rapid prototyping, landing pages, A/B tests, simulations, single feature MVPs,..) to validate critical hypotheses, collect evidence to gain actionable insights, and improve our internal validation engine.
This is not a feature- shipping role. You’ll manage many experiments as products, and the validation engine itself is our flagship innovation.
Responsibilities
Own the 6- week experiment cycle: from shaping hypotheses to delivering insights and a case study for each idea
Coordinate cross- functional efforts (design, research, testing, and marketing) to execute lean, fast, and learning- focused experiments.
Track evidence strength for each experiment, helping the studio make data- informed go/no- go decisions.
Build and maintain internal templates, systems, and workflows that make our validation engine more efficient over time.
Collaborate with the CEO to shape ideas, with CMO to distribute prototypes/test campaigns, and with the Research team to synthesize insights.
Turn each cycle into a compelling mini- product (including report, insights, metrics, next- step recommendations).
Help R&D the validation engine itself — what methods/tools/processes work best to de- risk early- stage ideas.
What Success Looks Like
Each 6- week cycle produces clear, documented, and shareable evidence of market signals, user insights, or business potential. The result should validate or invalidate our initial assumptions about the idea
The validation process becomes a core product of the studio — internally and potentially externally.
Ideas are shipped at lightning speed- consistence over perfection
The internal validation engine becomes more modular, efficient, and repeatable with each cycle.
Stakeholders and investors can understand and trust the strength of evidence behind each tested idea.
