• Manage technical of injection molding production line: mold maintain activity, injection condition, jig & chuck for pickup by robot, WI...
Main responsibilities and duties:
• DFM checking for new mold to ensure product meet with customer&039;s requirement, work with mold maker to find the best mold improvement method with minimum cost.
• Overall control mold maintain activity, injection condition, jig & chuck for pickup by robot, WI...
• Co- work with foreign Tooling expert to enhance mold quality.
• Trial new mold at mold maker and after mold transfer to in house, record problem, study solution, make try out report.
• Working with customers to maintain customer&039;s asset base on requirement.
• Issue work instruction, make training plan & training for subordinate.
• Study new product to check feasibility of in- house production: machine size, cycle time, new auxiliary need invests, jig…
• Do other tasks as reasonable assigned by manager.
• Make weekly and monthly reports, check sheet, check list for mold maintain process, co- work with team to build up PFMEA – injection process.
• Oversee KPI: downtime, MTTR, MTBF, NG rate related mold, investigate root cause, study improvement action & deployment feasibility, follow implement progress.
• Study improvement activity both mold technical and injection technical to improve quality productivity and stability.
