Injection Maintenance Technician

Developing, optimising and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety.
Monitoring and analysing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously.
Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimise waste and increase efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.
Collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.

Problem- solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
At least 4 years&039; experience in plastic company as similar position.
Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
Intensive and deep knowledge in Injection Moulding Operation, Injection parameter, Plastic experiment; have Mold Making experiment is a plus, familiar working in plastic injection industry, a solid experience and expertise within the functional area- and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
Strong knowledge of process optimisation techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis.
Degree in engineering, or mechanical is a plus.
