Infrastructure Reliability & Optimization Engineer

Design, organize, modify, manage, and monitor customer IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
Research emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for implementation within customer environments.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align infrastructure improvements with business goals.
Recommend and implement disaster avoidance and impact reduction strategies to safeguard infrastructure integrity.
Provide expert guidance to enhance system performance, availability, and robustness.

Proven experience in infrastructure architecture, disaster recovery, or systems engineering.
Confidence in problem assessment and resolution.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact.
Knowledge of Linux/Open Source, Virtualization or Cloud, and VMware.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and high- availability systems.
Proficient in specialized English and communication skills to engage with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
