• Analyze products, brand positioning, customer insights, and market trends to identify potential

• Build and maintain long- term relationships with the KOL/KOC community for sustainable and
impactful collaborations.
• Partner closely with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance) to ensure
smooth coordination and maximize partnership impact
• Stay ahead of KOL/KOC community and social media trends to uncover new collaboration
pportunities and enhance INNO’s brand presence in the market.
Yêu cầu
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with a proven network and successful track record in KOL/KOCs
collaborations.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills to effectively lead and coordinate
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal- closing skills.
• A good sense of content direction, brand tone, and audience engagement.
