JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategy & Campaign Execution:
Coordinate with relevant departments (Creative, Planning, Creator Growth, Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely and high- quality campaign delivery.
Assist in the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, including preparing briefs, proposing KOL/KOC/HOST/MODEL options, content direction suggestions, and managing timelines.
Support in developing strategic influencer selection plans aligned with client insights and campaign objectives.
Team Collaboration & Contribution:
Collaborate closely with team members to contribute ideas and execute assigned tasks effectively.
Participate in team meetings, share insights, and provide input to improve campaign strategies and execution.
Maintain a proactive and responsible attitude to support a creative and efficient working environment.
Influencer System Support & Trend Monitoring:
Help maintain and update the influencer database by industry, content format, and performance metrics.
Keep up with industry trends, emerging platforms, and tools to contribute ideas for strategic enhancements.
Conduct initial evaluations of influencer quality and brand fit as part of the campaign planning process.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Prepare basic performance reports and support in compiling post- campaign analyses.
Report work progress and issues to the Planning Manager and relevant team leads as required.
Monitor and track campaign progress and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENT
Background:
At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a digital agency or e- commerce/digital- focused company.
Familiar with digital marketing platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads) and e- commerce ecosystems (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Soft Skills:
Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Creative, detail- oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to team success.
Able to work under pressure with a solution- oriented mindset.
Positive and responsible attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Professional Competencies:

Knowledgeable in branding concepts and digital tools for campaign execution.
Strong written communication skills, especially in supporting proposal and presentation development.
Passionate about influencer marketing and committed to delivering high- quality work within a collaborative team environment.
Basic understanding of customer behaviors and current digital market trends.
