Industrial Leasing Manager

• Analyze market competitors to gauge rental trends and occupancy costs.
• Develop the annual leasing budget plan and oversee the team in obtaining necessary approvals.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts and decision- makers to enhance leasing prospects
• Manage tenant- related issues, compile occupancy and rental reports, and oversee lease- related functions including budgeting.
• Handle lease administration and follow- up tasks post- lease acquisition.
• Oversee and guide the team responsible for leases, ensuring strategies are developed, executed, and monitored to boost rental income and occupancy, aligning with set targets and performance indicators.
• Maintain and update rent roll for up to 3 years to facilitate budgeting.
• Keep management informed about market dynamics, competition, pricing, and asset positioning.
• Engage in active business development efforts to secure new tenants, identify market segments, and support lease management.
• Lead the reporting on asset management, engage in solicitation activities, and offer recommendations for enhancing leasing and asset performance.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the team, focusing on securing lease renewals, new tenants, and exploring untapped market segments.
• Acquire new tenants, pinpoint market opportunities, handle lease renewals, and collaborate with property agents
• Conduct timely lease renewals before expiration, and collaborate with significant space users for tailored leasing solutions.

• Fluent English
• Demonstrates robust skills in presentation, negotiation, and fostering effective interpersonal relationships.
• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business Marketing.
• At least 6 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing
• Possesses a comprehensive grasp of the real estate sector and boasts an extensive network of professional contacts.
