We are currently recruiting for the position of INDOCHINA SALES & SERVICE to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Conduct market surveys according to campaigns: gather customer feedback on product quality, pricing, distribution channels, policies, and consumer trends.
• Research competitors: products, pricing, services, distribution channels, customer policies, and marketing programs.
• Gather information, analyze, and assess the needs of potential customers.
• Implement, adjust, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities in the assigned area.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement and carry out business promotion activities such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, market surveys, and new product introductions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements via technical values.
• Report to Supervisor.
• Responsible for market and market share development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales/Business/Technical services.
• Hardworking, diligent, willing to learn and responsible in work.
• Passionate about business/sales/technical services.
• Graduated from College/University in economics, engineering, chemistry, or related fields.
• Proficient in Cambodian- Vietnamese (or English) or Lao- Vietnamese (or English).
