Job description
• Monitor, supervise, and solve problems arising during the tour
• Able to work under high pressure and if required, overtime.
• Marketing holidays and packages to clients via websites, travel agents and advertising
• Manage the contract with suppliers like hotels, transportation, airlines…. Make sure all the contracts are secured and saved in the correct folder, manage supplier’s database, and make sure the information is up to date and precise.
• Prepare the payment request for all services booked and manage supplier invoicing.
• Motivation and energy to perform well and accomplish goals
• Conduct inspection destination/service to update the information to other departments: •conducting market research on the best tours and experiences
• Handle the cases which need changing due to storms, floods, etc.
• Flexible & open minded.
• Other tasks
• To provide exceptional customer service at all times, before, during and after tours
• Update the feedback form for the other related department: collecting, evaluating and responding to customer feedback
• To deal with all aspects of the day to day running of operations
• Manage the company- shared storage/ drive
• Creative and passionate about working in travel industry.
• Handling booking from start to finish for hotels, transportations, pick- up airports, and other services for all tours in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Ensure that all the needs of the clients are met and well reserved before the tour.
• Update information about the sightseeing fares, opening and closing times of tourist spots
• producing brochures, tour products and web content with update tours
• Prepare tour leader/tour guide pack then brief programs carefully to Tour Leader/ Local Tour Leader
