In-Direct Purchasing Senior Executive

Responsibilities
This position will report to Indirect Purchasing Manager and will be responsible for full cycle of technical purchases, service contracts and specialized vendor management.

Technical & Equipment (Mechanic): Machines, spare parts, developing atumation machinery and electrocnic components
Contractor and other facility services: Manage liaise with contractors for regular maintenance services (Air- conditioning, electrical systems, elevators, compressors, fire- fighting system, etc,...), follow up on contracts and maintenances schedules.
Other functional services, include but not limitted to:

Quality Assurance Department: Equipment calibration and verification services.
Other Departments (HR, IT, Admin, Production,...): Arrange service on demand, special needs or oversea vendors as needed (hotel, events, travel,...)
Supply Chain Department: Support liquidation and 2nd- grade product handling
HSE Department: Arrange service for environment testing, waste disposal, wastewater testing and environmental supervision.

Reporting & Cost saving projects

Track & Evaluate supplier performance, especially for technical vendors
Prepare and submit saving cost data report to Finance

At least 3 years of experience in In- direct Purchasing/Procurement at manufacturing environment. Working in Textile/Garment industry with sewing machinery spare- parts sourcing is a huge adventages
Bachelor Degree of any related majors
Results- driven with a strong internal customer service and integrity orientation
Strong negotiation and communication skill
English fluency
Analytical mindset and problem- solving mindset
