Import Export Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all import/export activities in designated manufacturing site including corporate and statutory reporting, planning of material and shipment.
Responsible in dealing with other departments.
Responsible on dealing with any issues involving industrial parks, industrial park management boards, Local Planning & Investment Department.
Responsible in dealing with forwarders for all inward and outward shipments.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in import/export operations or a similar role in manufacturing company.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, or related field.
In- depth knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
Numeric, have effective oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese and good interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of standard computer software and ERP systems.
2+ years of managerial/leadership experience is preferred.
Have integrity, is independent, self- motivated, accurate and able to lead and manage a team of accounts assistants.
