Import Export Supervisor

Internal works, including but not limited to:

Work with Merchandising and Production for confirmed- ship- date of each production order.
Make import/export reports to BOD as requested.
Follow up with Merchandising and Production for shipping schedule.
Manage customs and shipment report.
Work with warehouse and accounting for inventory, ensure data tally and legally that may be inspected by customs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure operation process going smoothly.
Consult BOD to eliminate shipping issues.
Able to calculate CBM and mapping product loading to containers to book correct conts.
Manage and/or prepare import/export docs.
Manage billing report and manage PnL (Profit and Loss) report.

External works:

Make reports as requested from customs or government.
Work with shipping service & customs for shipment issues, if any.
Handle custom inspection if any.
Tracking with shipping services for shipments of im/export.

Experience:

Good at English or Korean
Good understanding of local geographical area and route option.
Good at Law on Customs, have good knowledge of all kind of Goods & HS code as well the related rules for import/export of them.
Honest, enthusiastic, attention to detail, active and responsible at work.
Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export management including but not limited to Customs brokerage and Transportation operation, experience in international business environment.
Graduated from University majoring in Maritime, Foreign Trade, Shipping Economics, Transportation, etc.
Team- work, work independently under high pressure.
Good Communication and Negotiation skill, able to convince customers.
Good understanding of Supply Chain Management end- to- end processes is preferred.
