Import - Export Staff

Shipment:
· Resolving delivery inconsistencies or delay
· Track the Import and Export shipments until completion. Inform other departments for any changes in shipment schedule check import shipment information, make sure shipment import successfully and submit information to customs and government correctly
Product test and apply certificate,etc:
· Contact the authorities for import permits and product quality certificates:
· All types of certificates: import licenses, regulation conformity certificates, civil cryptographic licenses, etc. are not expired.
· Maintain test and certificate information，follow related policy，make sure our product has corresponding certificate, can import and sale normally
Payments:
Check invoices, debit notes of Logistic company, and send to Chief Accountant, CFO for approval
Others:
· Advice the import policy as request from managers
· Receive samples from China and make the payment
· Handle with customs officers when red line
· Updating HS code accorrdance with the regulation
· Record imported goods into PSI after arriving warehouse.
