Import - Export Staff

- Costing and prepare a quotation for salesmen
- Prepare all related document to satisfy customer requirement if needed
- Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers
- Follow up and negotiating with suppliers to have the competitive prices to ensure customer satisfaction and on- time delivery
- Preparation the customs procedure document and work with forwarder/ shipping line to get the best price.
- Other tasks assigned by Director/Manager
- Monitoring and updating to team the updated and new regulations, policies on customs procedure, HS code, import duty and taxes.

- Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
- Knowledge on regulation about import- export/logistics
- At least 1 years experienced in import export/ customs clearance/ purchasing
- Graduate from university/ college with major: International Business, Import Export Administration.
- Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self- motivated, responsive and detail minded
- Literate in Microsoft office programs
- Intermediate command of written and spoken English. Chines is a plus
- Good at communication and negotiation skills
