Import-Export Specialist

• • BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
• Responsible in dealing with forwarders for all inward and outward shipments.
• Responsible on dealing with any issues involving industrial parks, industrial park management boards, Local Planning & Investment Department.
• Responsible in dealing with other departments.
• Responsible for all import/export activities in designated manufacturing site including corporate and statutory reporting, planning of material and shipment.
JOB&039;S REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of experience in import/export operations or a similar role in manufacturing
• Bachelor&039;s degree in business, international trade, or related field.

• Numeric, have effective oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese and good interpersonal skills.
• In- depth knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Have integrity, is independent, self- motivated, accurate and able to lead and manage a team of accounts assistants.
• Good working knowledge of standard computer software and ERP systems.
