Import - Export Officer (7 Month Ftc)

The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
- Coordinate with other divisions for preparation of Customs Clearance.
- Coordinate with government agencies and customs authorities concerning import/ export.
- Coordinate with logistic companies to follow up/ plan delivery.
- Coordinate with Suppliers/ Shipowners/ Purchasing/ Project/ Production Department concerning import/ export.
- Coordinate/ follow- up with accounting for logistics services payment.
- Control, verify, archive and manage related documents.
- Coordinate with internal Logistics/ Warehouse Department to arrange/ plan goods delivery.
- Evaluate quotations from shipping agent/ local transportation companies.
- Handle import/ export/ liquidation of EL projects (PC projects).
- Maintain related information in ERP system, IMEX system.
- Other works concerning import- export.

Qualifications Required:
- BSc/ BA in Logistic & Transport, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication skills written and orally in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good knowledge & experience in customs procedure.
- Must have minimum 2 year- experience in a logistic role.
- ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication, time management skills.
- Ship building or industrial experience.
- Computing skills in full suite of MS Application.
- Able to work independently especially under high pressure.
