Import - Export Liquidation Specialist

Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for a Import- Export Liquidation Specialist ($1150, ID19513)

Report work progress, operational status, and issues to management; provide explanations and guidance as requested.
Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements in reporting and processes.
Develop solutions, provide risk alerts, and recommend process improvements to optimize customer operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Prepare detailed comparison and reconciliation reports, identifying discrepancies, issues, and potential risks.
Gain a thorough understanding of factory operations, production processes, and enterprise/customer data management systems.
Conduct on- site visits at factories to support customers during customs audits.
Collect and verify customer data against customs declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
Willing to travel for business assignments
Male, under 35 years old
Skilled in report preparation and presentation
Fluent in English
Proficient in ECUS5/VNACCS and MS Office
Strong knowledge of customs declaration procedures, regulations, and circulars
At least 3 years’ experience in import- export liquidation/reconciliation
