Implementation Specialist (Nightshift)

As an Implementation Specialist, you will:

Manages implementation tasks and coordinates activities with the customer, trading partners, SPS and other implementation team members.
Manages customer expectations and project scope.
Manages setup within TrueCommerce. Conducts testing for customers.
Serves as the primary point of contact during the software (SPS & Gentran) implementation process for the customer, with assistance as needed from implementation supervisor.
Assists the customer with the integration testing process, including understanding of basic integration functions and BSP mapping changes for assigned ERP packages.
Assists the customer with usage of the TrueCommerce software.
Actively contacts and follows- up with customers to drive continuous progress on the completion of their project.
Follows the TrueCommerceEDI Project Management Methodology (PMO) on all projects.
Assists the customer with the EDI testing process, including analyzing test results and advising the customer on steps required to fulfill testing requirements.
Meets monthly go- live and quality targets as determined by TrueCommerce management.
Identifies and communicates implementation issues and escalate to the appropriate parties.

Requirements for Success:

At least 1 year client service implementations, business to business, and/or computer support/service experience.
Willingness to work nightshift from 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM. Work location: Helios Building, 5th Floor, Quang Trung Software, Dist. 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
Experience in working with high volume customers and/or tasks with proven ability to keep organized and multi- task.
Prior experience in training customers on application software including conducting training webinars or one- on- one customer training sessions.
Experience with business systems such as Microsoft Great Plains, AX, Dynamics, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP or NetSuite is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications required.
Project management knowledge or experience is required.
