Hygiene HACCP Coordinator / Nhân Viên Quản Lý Tiêu Chuẩn Vệ Sinh

Job Purpose:
The Hygiene Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all sanitation and safety protocols and procedures are followed in a production or manufacturing facility. The hygiene supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all areas of the facility. They will oversee the work of sanitation workers, janitors, and maintenance staff to ensure that all tasks are being completed in a timely manner, and to ensure that all employees are trained on proper hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Train employees on proper sanitation and hygiene practices to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
Develop and implement hygiene and sanitation policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Develop schedules and assign tasks to ensure that all cleaning and sanitation needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of all sanitation and hygiene activities to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures are followed across the facility.
Continuously assess and improve hygiene and sanitation procedures to ensure that all employees are safe and healthy.
Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Oversee the work of sanitation workers and janitors to ensure that all tasks are being completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Inspect and monitor the facility to ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and free from any safety hazards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective action.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in the sanitation or hygiene field.
Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
Experience with sanitation equipment and cleaning chemicals.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and direct a team of sanitation workers and janitors.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations and requirements.
Strong attention to detail.
