Human Resources Trainee / Thực tập sinh Nhân sự

We are seeking a motivated and detail- oriented Human Resources Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain comprehensive, hands- on experience in core HR functions within the fast- paced hospitality industry. You will provide crucial support in recruitment administration, employee services, and daily HR operations, serving as a key point of contact for team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist with job posting, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
General HR Assistance: Help with data entry, and follow up on various HR tasks and projects in a timely and organized manner.
HR Administration & Paperwork: Prepare letters, and HR documents. Maintain accurate and up- to- date digital and physical employee files.
Employee Support: Serve as a helpful contact for staff inquiries, assist with onboarding orientation for new hires, and support internal employee events.

Strong desire to build a career in HR, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Good command of English and Vietnamese; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Final- year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Extremely detail- oriented, responsible, and agile with excellent follow- up skills.
Proactive learner with a service- minded attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
