As Human Resources Supervisor in charge of majority of Compensation & Benefits responsibilities, you are to ensure all programs of compensation and benefits offered by the company to employees will be implemented in proper and timely manner; and handle employee relations within company guides/team handbook; and be active part in promoting a positive working environment and keep confidentiality of HR related matters.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration...

Service years in the field

At least 1year of relevant experience or similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experience.

Knowledge and skills

Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, organizational abilities.
Ability to engage others in support.
Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
Good Communication skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR related matters.

Language

English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).

LEAVE- NGÀY NGHỈ

At least 14 Annual Leave per year/Ít nhất 14 ngày phép/năm.
2 day- off per week/Hưởng 2 ngày nghỉ/tuần.

ALLOWANCE- TRỢ CẤP

Rest & Relaxation allowance (depends on job band)/Trợ cấp nghỉ dưỡng (tùy cấp bậc).
Service charge/Thưởng phí phục vụ hàng tháng.
Home leave allowance/Trợ cấp thăm nhà.
Relocation allowance/Trợ cấp chi phí di chuyển nhận việc.

INSURANCE- BẢO HIỂM

7 Insurance provided by the Resort from start date/Được Khu nghỉ dưỡng mua bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/7 từ ngày đầu nhận việc.
CompulsoryInsurance by Law/Được đóng các loại bảo hiểm bắt buộc theo quy định nhà nước.
