We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys connecting with people and discovering great talent.

In this role, you will actively search for and engage potential candidates, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to creating a positive and professional candidate experience.
You will join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, where collaboration, initiative, and fresh ideas are always encouraged. Together, we work to identify and attract the people who will help shape the future of our organization.
Manage the end- to- end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding support
Ensure shortlisted candidates meet both role requirements and organizational fit
Continuously explore and optimize sourcing channels to improve candidate reach
Proactively source and engage potential candidates through multiple channels such as job platforms, networking, referrals, and social media
Develop and maintain a talent pool for frequently hired positions
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Provide updates on recruitment progress and suggest solutions when facing hiring challenges
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement activities
Track key recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, conversion rate, and time- to- hire
Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruitment effectiveness

What we are looking for
Strong communication and relationship- building skills with candidates and stakeholders
A genuine interest in candidate experience and quality hiring
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
Experience in candidate sourcing or headhunting is a strong advantage
