Job Objective:
We are in search of an experienced HR Manager to oversee the comprehensive HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, work permits, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. They will be tasked with ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies while nurturing a positive and productive workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top- tier talent and fulfill the organization&039;s staffing requirements.
Address employee relations matters, encompassing performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance and assistance to managers and staff on HR- related issues, policies, and best practices.
Supervise HR operations, including payroll management, benefits administration, and upkeep of employee records.
Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to facilitate a seamless integration into the company.
Conduct regular training sessions on topics such as diversity, harassment prevention, and workplace safety.
Process work permits and visas for foreign staff, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
Manage the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring candidates for various roles within the company.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
Ability to grasp the broader organizational goals while paying attention to finer details.
Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information while safeguarding the integrity of the HR department.
Hold a university degree, preferably in HR or a related field.
