Human Resources Manager

As the HR Manager at Netcompany, you will play a crucial role in supervising the daily operations and management of our HR Team, which encompasses HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding. This dynamic team handles a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, training and development coordination, mobility initiatives, performance management, retention strategies, and promoting employee well- being.
In your capacity as the HR Team Manager, you will work closely with your team to effectively manage, optimize, and improve our HR functions and processes, ensuring the provision of high- quality service and support across all levels of the organization.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
Representation of Netcompany in personnel matters.
Supervision of onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Implementation of the company&039;s HR policy, including the management of recruitment processes and candidate selection.
Contribution to the effective achievement of the HR team&039;s objectives, with particular attention to compliance with applicable policies, deadlines, annual cycles, and emerging business needs.
Monitoring and reporting on HR- specific indicators (KPIs), and planning and implementing appropriate actions.
Participation in meetings organized within the Netcompany Group, both in Vietnam and abroad.
Oversight and management of the HR budget.
Ensuring the effectiveness of Employer Branding (EB) processes and activities.
Collaboration with the company&039;s stakeholders at various levels to ensure knowledge transfer.
Coordinating and planning employee training (both internal and external).
Promotion of best practices and optimization of the HR processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
Management and coordination of the HR team, ensuring the ongoing professional development and well- being of its members.

Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Law. Other relevant fields will also be considered.
Good organization skills, strong critical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Proven experience in managing end- to- end recruitment processes.
Strong experience working within international organizations, including collaboration across global HR structures and talent processes.
Familiarity with the IT market is an advantage.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with solid knowledge of VN labor law.
Demonstrated ability to directly manage, coach, and develop team members.
