What You&039;ll Do
Design onboarding experiences that make new hires feel welcomed, aligned, and ready to perform.
Develop growth plans, learning opportunities, and mentorship programs.
Support employee engagement through events, feedback, and team- building activities.
Lead the full recruitment process, from writing job posts to onboarding great talent.
Build thoughtful offboarding processes and maintain strong relationships with alumni.
Coordinate performance reviews and train managers on how to give constructive feedback.
Who We&039;re Looking For
Capable of using data and insights to support decisions and improve HR practices.
High emotional intelligence with a people- first mindset and clear communication style.
2+ years in HR or People Operations with experience across hiring, onboarding, and performance.
Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects in a fast- paced environment.
Trustworthy and aligned with leadership, with strong confidentiality and integrity.
Fluent in English for both internal and external communication.
