Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator (Recruitment) supports the end- to- end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This role also provides administrative support related to recruitment and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and support post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, social media, and internal channels.

Onboarding Support

Support new employees during their first day and orientation programs.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding (IT, Payroll, Admin, etc.).
Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate joining formalities for new hires.

Employer Branding & Engagement

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events (career fairs, job days, internships).
Assist with internal communication related to recruitment and manpower planning.

Other HR Support

Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Management.
Provide general HR administrative support when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Good organizational and time- management skills.
1 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (hospitality experience is an advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
