We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator responsible for daily operations of our office and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will play a key role in representing the Human Resources & Administration Team and be the contact person for most of the enquiries from team members. In order to fit this role, we expect someone with good problem solving skills, time management skills, project management skills and also people- focused.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
Human Resources Administration:
Maintain and update both physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and PTO requests.
Oversee all aspects of Human Resources administration including policy interpretation, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Collect and manage payroll data such as bank account details and working days.
Administer the internal HRIS tool (People Force) and ensure it is up- to- date with new hire information.
Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely delivery of monthly payroll.
Policy and Procedures:
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents to communicate company policies effectively.
Track performance against objectives to support and reward a high- performance culture.
Employee Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through various employee engagement initiatives.
Suggest, plan, and organize corporate events such as team- building activities and company trips.
General Administration:
Manage end- to- end administrative Human Resources processes including onboarding, monthly petty cash, business expenses, and absence management.
Provide comprehensive support for all HR- related administrative functions to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws in Vietnam
Office Management:
Support the management team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
Handle day- to- day office management tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment.
YOUR ATTRIBUTES
English fluency is a must
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
3+ years of experience working in a Human Resources function
Knowledge of labor legislation is a must
Self driven and proactive spirit with a track record of initiative taking and effective project management
An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities
