HR & Admin Task:
1 Human resource management:
Maintain employee records, monitor personal information and handle contracts, payroll, and benefits.
Plan human resource strategy suitable to the company&039;s development needs.
Evaluate probationary results, sign labor contracts and monitor labor contracts.
Develop and implement human resource policies and regulations to ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and liaise with relevant authorities for local and overseas employment passes and documentation.
Handle end- to- end recruitment (Establish human resource budget; plan recruitment), onboarding, and offboarding processes, training and human resource development for the business.
2 Salary, bonus and benefits management:
Develop and implement salary, bonus and welfare policies.
Coordinate with the accounting department to calculate salaries, bonuses, and social insurance payments.
Work with departments to develop and operate KPI indicators.
Process payroll and ensure accurate taxation reporting in collaboration with accounting.
Summarize and evaluate monthly or quarterly KPI results to pay salaries and bonuses.
Manage and implement insurance and incentive policies for employees.
Calculate salaries, allowances and subsidies for employees.
3 Training and human resource development:
Support and advise individuals and departments on human resource development issues
Act as a point of contact for employee issues and support communication across departments.
Support employee engagement, plan and arrange training, and development initiatives.
4 Work environment management:
Oversee daily administrative operations at the HCMC office and provide support to project team when necessary.
Organize activities to improve employee morale and motivation
Resolve issues related to labor relations, policies, and regulations
Coordinate company travel arrangements and expense tracking.
Ensuring proper execution of purchasing processes, including but not limited to processing requests, searching for suppliers, and arrange for payments.
Develop labor regulations, a system of regulations, processes, and rules for the enterprise and monitor compliance with regulations.
Maintain documentation and filing systems (digital and physical).
Develop job descriptions for each job position and department
Manage office supplies, logistics, and facilities coordination.
Develop and implement regulations on culture, discipline, and labor safety
Accounting tasks:
Liaise with external accountants or tax consultants, when necessary.
Support tax declarations, statutory reporting, and payment to authorities.
Prepare reports to Board of Director as required.
Assist in bookkeeping, monthly payroll processing, and reimbursement claims.
