EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety, Security)
Co- ordinate with the Facility technician to conduct the monthly checking of fire extinguishers as well as the periodic fire evacuation drills.
Drive preparedness in addressing emergencies, and ensure that appropriate corrective measures are taken promptly in response to any accident or near- miss in North
Implement, oversee, and adapt policies and programs to improve the Company’s environment, health, security, and safety performance, and ensure it complies with regulations and standards.
Advising and supporting the preparation of the Project Safety Plan
Manage EHSS activities to ensure the Company complies with EHSS regulations as well as internal environmental policies. These activities may include identifying risks or areas for improvement, conducting safety audits and on- site inspections to identify workplace hazards, investigating environmental incidents and preparing reports and recommendations, implementing waste management programs, controlling the performance of occupation safety and hygiene in accordance with the law, customers’ requirement; Investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future;
Set up the labor safety manual and instructions and ensure follow- up.
Develop and deliver internal training in health, safety, and security for all staff
Conduct SHE program: Gemba walk, toolbox meeting, 5s, Risk assessment,… or other Tasks from the Manager
Follow up with the departments concerned to check the safety and hygiene standards in the sites/Distribution Centers/offices, as well as drinking water samples.
Responsible for monitoring and supporting EHSS for contractors to ensure all the contract jobs are conducted safely across logistics facilities.
Co- ordinate with other outside training providers to arrange the outside training courses as prescribed by law in the environment, health, security, and safety for staff, such as Fire Fighting and Prevention courses, First Aid Training courses, and Safety Training courses;
Guide safety operation standards, regulations, and measures relating to occupational safety and hygiene to workers;
Conduct internal & external audits ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
