HRIS Service Delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR system and data issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Process HRIS service requests related to employee lifecycle actions accurately and in compliance with policies, with proactive follow- up to ensure completion.
- Provide daily HRIS support, responding to system and service requests in a timely manner to ensure high user satisfaction.
- Perform monthly employee data reconciliation and regular data health checks to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and interface reliability
HRIS System Management
- Manage day- to- day HRIS operations, including user access, security roles, and data governance controls.
- Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvement opportunities within HRIS.
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including system SOPs, data dictionaries, and user support materials.
- Implement and maintain system enhancements, configurations, and integrations to support efficient HR processes.
- Work cross- functionally with IT and HR stakeholders to enhance HR system functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate with global team and IT team to align system configurations and standards.
- Prepare user guides, support training activities, and assist HR stakeholders in improving system adoption and utilization.
HR Compliance Reporting & Analytics
- Support automation and data visualization initiatives using tools such as Power BI
- Develop, manage, and deliver HR analytics, dashboards, and data- driven reports to support informed decision- making.
System projects
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line manager.
- Coordinate and implement HRIS projects, including participation in UAT, system configuration, automation, and optimization to enhance overall HR technology capabilities. Key team member to test for implements, upgrades pr process changes, using the standard methods for testing, documentation and change management
- Perform necessary activities to ensure successful system go- live and post–go- live stabilization.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, prepare communication plans, and translate and localize training materials to support system implementation and user adoption.
