HRBP Team Leader will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resource (HR) services, policies and programs for Freight Project. You take the responsibility to lead and participate in specific HR Projects that could interface with any of HR specialist team members (C&B, TA, L&D, EB). Furthermore, you will manage the Recruitment & Selection process for the Freight Project and ensure quality hires for the organization, according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators and to lead the succession management and assist Operation Director/ Human Resources Manager/ HRBP Supervisor in the HR department.
What You&039;ll Do:
Mass Recruitment (50%):
Prepare weekly recruitment result reports
Participate in planning, building, and controlling the annual recruitment budget
Develop and implement assigned recruitment plans to ensure accurate and sufficient hiring as required
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, ensuring a high- quality and timely hiring process
Work closely with the operations manager to forecast workforce requirements and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
HR Operations & Performance Management (20%):
Assist in handling employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and addressing disciplinary matters.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of activities such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation and employee benefits

Team Management (20%):
Guide, train, and support the team members to ensure effective execution of HR tasks
Evaluate the performance of the team and support their individual development plans
Vendor Management (10%):
Report vendor collaboration effectiveness to upper managers and propose improvements to contracts or workflows
Inspect and monitor vendors’ labor supply to ensure the number of workers meets requirements
Analyze labor costs to optimize budget allocation
