Job Description
Do you want to help as a HR Business Partner Manager to keep on inspiring the builders of tomorrow?

  • This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) and be relocated to Binh Duong in 2025.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partnering HR Business Partners perform a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including
  • HR consulting and coaching (e.g., working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.)
  • Enabling business change (e.g., supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc.)
  • HR program advocacy (e.g., communicating the business value of HR initiatives, managing HR program roll out to minimize business disruption, etc.)
  • Partnering with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.)
  • Implementing measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction (e.g., employee engagement surveys, work lifestyle programs, on-boarding programs, diversity and inclusion programs and training, etc.)
  • Build diversity/equal employment opportunity programs, training together with Learning & Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Advise and support managers and employees to create a great working environment for a high engaged business team under core values to continue improve business performance through various kinds of engagement programs and activities.
  • Work with department leadership in leading and executing culture building activities, compliance, values promoting within the key objective to increase employee and labor relations
  • Handling labor relations cases, disciplinary process.
  • Other HR Tasks
  • Participating in various HR projects, other tasks as assigned by the People Leader.

As a part of People Operations & Development (PO&D), the role gives you the opportunity to manage the complex challenges of deploying HR operations model in Vietnam. This position provides strategic advice on related total rewards, People Partnering, People Process.
Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors is preferred
  • Ability to work independently, lead yourself and initiate task on own initiative, take accountability for deliverables
  • At least 5 years experience in total Partnering, Employee Relation, Labor Relations
  • Good experience handling partnering in manufacturing, MNCs
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources practices, People and Development process/program in Vietnam.
  • Fluent in English is a must. Be comfortable working in an international environment and good communication handling with worker, factory environment.
  • Having previous experience working in factory is the must (with the same company size with LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam)
  • Nice to have
  • Excellent numerical skills and logical thinking, problem solving skill.
  • Good customer-centric mindset and high sense of responsibility in confidential matters.
