As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a strategic partner to the company, helping drive performance, engagement, and capability growth. You will collaborate closely with leaders and employees of Commercial Team and to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment across stores and corporate teams.
Job Description:
Employee Relations & Ethical Compliance
Lead or support investigations into employee misconduct or policy violations, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws.
Build strong, trusted relationships with Store Heads and Sales Advisors to foster open communication, early issue detection, and a positive working environment.
Act as a proactive HR presence in stores to understand frontline challenges and provide timely support.
Collaborate with store leadership to identify red flags and behavioral risks; take appropriate actions to prevent misconduct, cheating, or fraudulent activities.
Educate store teams on code of conduct, company policies, and consequences of non- compliance.
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with commercial leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support their success.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Support internal mobility, talent pipeline development, and new store opening staffing plans.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure staffing needs are met across all retail store locations.
Performance Management & Development
Identify learning and development needs; partner with Training teams to deliver solutions.
Drive the performance review cycle and coach managers on effective performance conversations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, conduct investigations when necessary.
Advise managers and employees on HR policies and labor law compliance.
Foster a culture of employee engagement and recognition in a fast- paced retail environment.
HR Data & Insights
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and recommend improvement actions.
Track and report on key HR KPIs regularly.
