HRBP Manager

Job Requirements: The candidate should be able to work at the Hanoi office for a duration of 3 to 6 months during the onboarding phase, collaborating directly with the Board of Directors to having business insight. Then, this position will relocate to HCM to work long time and establish a team, implement the HRBP model in place of the current traditional HR model.
Implement employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand the organization&039;s objectives and develop HR strategies that support the business goals.
Work on Talent Acquisition and workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
Report to CEO
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR- related matters
Company size (current) : 500 Headcount,
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Business Industry: Multi- industry, in agricultural technical development and real estate investment.

Have experience working in an HRBP role (level Supervisor up)

Degree in human resources management.
