Employee life cycle: continuously update & record new employee information, employee movement and termination of employees on the company&039;s human resources system, mandatory documents and master file accurately and on time.
Deliver high quality of service, partnership and support. The HRBP will handle generalist responsibilities including recruitment, on- boarding of new employees, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, partnering with line management on HR and business needs and special projects.
Job Summary
HR processes: Cooperate with all other HR specialist teams proactively on cross- company HR processes.
Compensation & benefits: Manage timesheet, annual leave, etc of employees of Divisions in charge for monthly payroll preparation. Work with 3P vendors to make sure that the payroll is accurate and on time. Support employees for health insurance card, social insurance claim, social insurance book closing and return social insurance book. Update, manage the list of participating in additional insurance (e.g: PTI), guide how to claim accident and medical expenses to the insurance vendor. Update any issue/problem related to C&B to superior, relevant employees actively and timely. Guide our employees for the PIT finalization.
HR report: Deliver regular (weekly/monthly) HR reports.
Projects: Perform other tasks or projects as required to meet the needs of the business.
Employee relations: deploy employee relations activities and appropriate communication to employees in department, including discipline consultation.
Key Accountabilities
Retention/ engagement: proactively seek understanding of retention/ engagement issues and propose solutions to manage retention and support retention better in in- charge teams. Organize engagement activities for in- charge teams (Outing trip, Year- end party, Christmas, Townhall & others event...)
Training & development: ensure new hires in completing orientation/ compliance training course as well as employees&039; participating other courses.
