Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for managing Human Resources projects comprising multiple and interdependent components, typically in a complex organizational environment. The job holder will manage and ensure the successful monitoring, documentation, reporting, integration, and implementation of assigned HR transformation projects using Agile methodologies to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.
Key Accountabilities
Project Management and Implementation
• Control and manage the issues, risks, dependencies, and changes in scope associated with other organizational projects.
• Manage and report on project budgets, analyze budget variances and changes in scope associated with HR transformation projects.
• Manage daily tasks and evaluate to ensure the overall quality of project delivery before handing over to HR functional owners.
• Conduct regular assessments on project status for timely reporting to CPO, CPS, stakeholders, and governance committees.
• Manage assigned HR transformation projects with detailed plans and backlogs to deliver quality outcomes using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Establish mitigation and resolution plans and escalate promptly for decision- making.
• Define, source, estimate, and allocate required project resources and budgets for HR initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand- ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track and maintain updated records of project budgets/schedules/scope, and resources.
• Jointly evaluate the selection of HR solutions and vendors (where required).
• Prepare business cases for HR technology and digital transformation investment (where required).
Process Improvement and Innovation
• Contribute to improving the HR project management process, guidelines, and Agile transformation within the HR department.
• Study new HR technologies (HR Tech), industry trends, and acquire advanced HR domain knowledge.
• Lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new HR systems and processes across the bank.
• Communicate, share, and train project team members to improve Agile mindsets, HR project management, and change management skills.
