Compensation & Benefits (70%)
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS system and make improvements as necessary.
Manage labor contract, probation contract and appendix contract for increasing salary, promotion, and internal transferring.
Develop and implement C&B programs and policies, including salary structure, bonus programs, benefits packages, and other rewards and recognition initiatives.
Develop and implement an HRIS system to streamline HR processes and reduce workload.
Identify and prioritize HR processes that can be automated through the HRIS system.
Handle month HR Reports such as Dashboard Report, Headcount Report, Attrition Rate Report etc…
Handle monthly payroll for Private Label Spices factory to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Handle (SHUI) report and (PIT) report, submit it to relevant government authorities.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration, including communication, education, and problem resolution.
Handle any payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Support outsourcing management such as training, timekeeping, salary calculation if required.
To respond to employees’ concerns relating to internal salary and welfares policy, Payroll, Social insurance, PIT, etc.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.
Talent Acquisition (10%)
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates&039; qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Support HRM in the Job posting, phone screening, recruitment test, interview, selection, salary dealing, job offer, etc. in order to timely hire the right talents for businesses or project’s requirements.
Other relevant tasks: (20%)
Other job tasks within the HR & Admin Department assigned by the Superior.
Stay up to date with industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices related to HR operations and update to Superior;
Lead or support for internal activities such as Labor Conference, Communication Meet, Year- end Party, EOM, Monthly Birthday, Christmas day, Tet..etc;
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, or in special HR projects and initiatives as required.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide coaching and guidance to the new HR members, especially in the C&B function, ensuring the provision of high- quality HR services.
