Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth employee integration.
Training & Development
Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and implement annual training plans.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs, including soft skills, compliance, and brand standards.
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
Support the development of training materials, SOPs, and learning resources.
Performance Management
Identify competency gaps and recommend development plans and career pathways.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
HR Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR procedures.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, including recruitment, training, and workforce metrics.
Employee Engagement & HR Support
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Support employee engagement activities and HR projects.
Assist with internal audits, uniform management, HR data administration, and urgent staffing requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data security compliance.

Ability to conduct training sessions, deliver presentations, and develop basic training materials.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and training; experience in the hospitality/resort industry is preferred.
Basic knowledge of labor law and HR procedures.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
College/University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Good command of English communication is an advantage.
