Job Purpose
As an HR Supervisor in Culture, Engagement, and Training & Development, you will be a key driver in building a strong employee culture & experience aligned with our vision: “Faster- Stronger- Better.” You will co- create culture initiatives from the ground up, own engagement programs that inspire, and design learning journeys to future- proof our workforce. This role requires strategic thinking, hands- on execution, and a strong passion for people development.
Key Responsibilities
Culture Development (45%)
Collaborate with HR Manager to design, implement, and continuously evolve the company’s culture strategy across all levels.
Lead employee experience mapping and propose innovative solutions and embed culture to improve touchpoints.
Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring alignment with Minthacare&039;s values across business units.
Facilitate culture workshops, campaigns, and internal communication to promote desired behaviors.
Monitor cultural KPIs and propose improvements based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Employee Engagement (25%)
Design and lead execution of internal engagement programs, events, and initiatives (Women’s Day, Mid- Autumn, YEP, etc.).
Drive employee surveys (engagement, pulse, onboarding) and manage action plan implementation with stakeholders.
Collaborate cross- functionally to promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
Learning & Development (20%)
Conduct training needs analysis annually and ad hoc, supporting departmental capability building.
Design and organize internal workshops (soft skills, leadership, product knowledge) and coordinate with external vendors.
Manage the end- to- end training cycle: budgeting, scheduling, logistics, feedback collection, and reporting.
Build and maintain e- learning platforms and content for scalable development.
Talent Management & Succession Planning (10%)
Support HRM in identifying and developing key talent pools and successors in collaboration with TA.
Coordinate with performance management and TA teams to align development and succession planning efforts. 5. Key Requirements a. Qualifications & Experience
Assist in the execution of career development frameworks and high- potential (HiPo) development programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education or related fields.
At least 7 years of experience in HR, with proven track record of culture building from scratch.
