Job Purpose
The HR Supervisor is responsible for end- to- end HR operations with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B), payroll compliance, workforce planning, and statutory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll (30%)
• Calculate and control: PIT, SI, HI, UI
• Maintain labor cost reports and C&B analytics to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with Finance & external parties during audits and government inspections
• Manage C&B structure, including: Base salary, Allowances, Bonus schemes
• Lead and execute monthly payroll for Head Office, sites, and subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
HR Planning, Budgeting & Workforce Management (30%)
• Prepare and manage the salary structure proposals, annual salary adjustment, promotion, merit increase impact analysis
• Compile and update HR- related policies and regulations
• Maintain and regularly update: workforce reports, organizational charts
• Prepare HR reports as required by manager
• Develop and monitor: annual HR Plan, manpower planning, labor cost budgeting
HR Compliance & Government Reporting (10%)
• Prepare and submit statutory reports: FDI reports, Labor reports, Investment supervision reports, Labor accident & safety reports, etc.
• Coordinate IRC/ERC amendment dossiers.
• Draft and manage Decisions, POAs related to HR
• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, Tax Law, SI Law, and the Company’s internal regulations
Performance Management & MBO System (10%)
• Lead the operation of the MBO & Performance Evaluation system, including: Planning, timeline control, data consolidation, and reporting.
HR Systems & Data Management (10%)
• Act as the HRIS / HR Portal admin, responsible for: employee master data, payroll & evaluation modules, Employee Personal Information (EPI) functionality
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with system vendors for: system upgrades, bug fixing, new feature implementation
Supervision of HR team & coordination (10%)
• Coordinate with SPC’s admin to ensure the policy alignment among system
• Overall supervise HR team’s working performance
• Manage the employee rewards, discipline, and employee relations.
