C&B Operation:
- Perform and check daily attendance, lunch for all staff.
- Keep updated Labor law, PIT law, Insurance law and HR practices in Vietnam;
- Ensure that the C&B operations remain compliant with the current labor legislation; collecting legal documents and advising the management on the change of relevant regulations when necessary.
- Monthly Attendance Report, Monthly salary, and bonus for the Company employees, including Periodic Salary, Allowances, Cash Bonus and other Bonuses;
- Check, verify and prepare monthly reports on Company employees&039; annual leave and overtime;
HR System & Contract:
- Disseminate and guide new employees about regulations, general company policies, organizational structure and activities of department expertise related to the vacancy.
- Manage and store Human Resources files of the whole Company.
- Newcomer – Leaver List update.
- Prepare training, probationary and labor contracts for employees to submit to the Director for signing and monitor the implementation of labor contracts, labor laws and regulations.
Insurance:
- Implement procedures for issuing Health Insurance cards, Social Insurance books and posting the monthly/ annual payment process for employees;
- Update, adjust and register employee&039;s personal insurance information with the local Insurance Department monthly;
- Operate, review and overall manage all C&B activities in payroll, health insurance, labor contracts, annual evaluation program, policies, procedures, benefits, timesheets, annual health checks, internal & external labor reports... for all employees;
- Report monthly data and Insurance contributions to the local Social Insurance Department;
- Check and verify welfare documents (marriage, funeral, birth allowance, vacation, etc.) submitted by Company employees for monthly payment;
- Verify medical records and claim insurance allowances and accident/ disease compensation benefits to relevant employees;
- Make periodic reports related to Social Insurance as required by the Government.
Work Permit & TRC: follow up and submission.
Recruitment:
- Post the jobs on the website, job boards, and social media.
- Manage and perform hands- on end- to- end recruitment processes for all job levels.
- Interview and announce Interview result (offer letter).
- Welcome newcomers and follow up personal information, Bank Account.
Administration:
- Car arrangement.
- Manage receiving and sending letters.
- Stationery management (purchase, allocation …)
- Others: name card, other purchases as requested by the other team.
- Flight Ticket follow- up.
- Follow up with some suppliers (mineral water, Viettel post, DHL) & payment requests.
- Support on Fingerprint for new staff.
Others:
- Carry out a job as assigned by superiors.
- Perform ad- hoc tasks on Line Managers’ assignment.
